The Call Back Report is used to print call back notes entered on the Customer's A/R History screen.
From the Master Menu, select the Accounting option.
Under the Reports heading, select the Call Back option. The Next Call Back selection screen will be displayed.
Company - enter the company id, range of companies or leave blank for all.
Date of note - enter a from and to date for a range of dates, or simply enter one date to limit the report.
User - if you want to print call backs for a specific user, enter the user id in this field. If left blank, call backs entered by all users will be included.
Once you have made your selections, click or press , the system will display a confirmation screen. Click or press
to accept your entries and process the report.
You will get the message that your request has been submitted to batch.
