The Prorate Code Master contains the standard i-Pak proration codes used by the system and are already defined in the file. The code descriptions can be changed, however the codes themselves can not as they perform specific functions in the system.
From the System Administration menu, select Master Files.
From the Master Files menu, select Prorate Code. The Prorate Code scan screen will be displayed.
To access a code to modify the description, select the code by double clicking on the line. The Prorate Code Entry/Update screen will be displayed.
Modify the description and click or press 
the system will display a message below:
Click or press to accept your changes and return to the Prorate Code scan.
