if the override amount field is checked, then a over % limit field will be displayed. If a percentage is entered, the system will NOT allow a 'discount' or lesser rate than 10% of the 'standard rate' in the charge code:
In the above example, a 4yd front load container is $130.00 per pick up and has that price may be overridden to within 10%. If the price entered is within the 10% it will be accepted, if it is LESS than 10% of the $130 per pick up the system will display a message:
In this example, the user entered a price of $110 which is less than the lowest allowable price of $117 so the system displayed a message.
If the user is a supervisor (system administrator flag is a 
) OR if they have pricing override authority, they can press F11 to authorize. If a different user without this access (and is not a supervisor) tries to enter a price below the lowest allowable $ then they will need to have a supervisor or someone with pricing override access enter their user id and override password to allow the price.
