Interactive WO printer override

This feature will allow a user to determine which printer their interactive work orders will print to without forcing them to put the work orders on hold and go into their spool file to make the change.

1.      There is a setting in Report Form Setup for Interactive Work Order prints. (ARW510OF – full forms, ARW510OH – half forms).  i-Pak Values setting #15 which stands for “Allow Printer Override”.  If set to Y, then this feature becomes active.  If set to N or Blank, then Interactive Work Order prints will function as normal.  REMINDER:  The work order Report Form Setup can be set differently by Company # if desired by using the company id in the qualifier.

2.      Once this is activated, you can go into a work order and select to F5 Print and the following window will be displayed.

Ø      The default printer ID from Report Form Setup or User Profile settings will display if applicable, but can be overridden.
